1. Knowing Booksitio.com

1.1. Who are we? We are Booksitio.com. We help our users receive great services, an environment where to give birth to ideas, create content, develop businesses you do not have to be a tech expert, a guru in IT or design. It is as easy as it sounds. As detailed below, we provide our customers with countless tools and features to create, publish and use amazing websites, develop online e-commerce platforms, newsletters, galleries, media players, mobile apps and other web apps, tools and features. All the platforms created by users, whether it is an internet website or a mobile website will be collectively referred to herein as (User Platform(s)). I a short phrase; we provide here at Booksitio.com, online and mobile services and tools that allow your own web and mobile presence to be created, managed and/or used.

1.2. Legal terms and binding

The following terms and conditions referred to herein as (Terms of Use), together with any extra terms that are applying only to some of our services and tools from the Booksitio Website, shall collectively be known as (Booksitio Terms), and shall form a set of terms and conditions relevant to each visitor or user, referred to herein as (User or You) for all our platforms: Booksitio Website and Booksitio Mobile App. These Terms of Use shall apply to all services from both platforms, referred to herein as (Booksitio Services or Services), unless it is expressly specified different, as applying only to Booksitio Website or only to Booksitio App. The Booksitio Terms represent a legal binding with enforceable legal power, under the form of a contract between AG Edutech Services Pvt Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries throughout the world, referred to herein as (Booksitio, or Us or We) and you, regarding the use of any Booksitio Services. Please read them closely, in order to fully understand their meaning.

By visiting and/or using any of the Booksitio Services and/or Booksitio App you acknowledge that you completely read and agreed with the Booksitio Terms, and by using and/or registering with any of the Booksitio Services, you undoubtedly agree to these Terms of Use and any other Booksitio Terms relevant to your use of any of the Booksitio Services. If you are unable to read, and/or completely comprehend and undoubtedly agree to the Terms of use, you must leave Booksitio Website instantly and prevent or discontinue any use of the Booksitio Services.

By using our Services, you undoubtedly agree that you have entirely read our privacy policy section from http://booksitio.com/privacy-policy.php. By visiting our website or using our app and/or services, you are entering with us in a legal binding under the form of a contract where the Terms of Use are the legal clauses for the use of our services and tools. You express your approval to these terms by using our services and you recognize that you have read our Privacy Policy and undoubtedly agreed to it. If any of our terms is not consented by you, you may not use our services.

1.3. User Profile

You must first register and create an account with Booksitio.com referred to herein as (User Account) to access and use certain parts and features of the Booksitio Services.

Any accesses of your User Account and/or any of the settings of your User Platform, any action at your disposal (unless expressly stated otherwise on the Booksitio Services), any changes to your User Platform(s) and User Account, and acceptance of any legal terms therein, any different representations and warranties, and any other similar activities, shall be considered being carried out by you, even if they have been carried out by someone else, other than yourself. We therefore highly recommend maintaining your User Account log-in credentials confidential and to allow such access only to those you trust. It is your responsibility and fully your liability for all operations that take place under your User Account and/or User Platforms (including any actions, warranties, and undertakings produced therein), whether or not specifically permitted by you, and for all the costs and damages that may occur due to these actions. The information and data that you submit when creating/entering your User Account for using Booksitio Services, must be your own, you should be the sole and fully rights owner. The info provided must be precise, real, and complete. We firmly request that you provide your own (or company's) name, contact and billing information, including your real e-mail address, as we may need it to verify and determine if you are the real holder of the User Account and/or User Content presented to us (as described below). In the event of a conflict over the property of the User Account, we reserve the right to determine possession of a User Account on the basis of our rational judgment whether or not we have performed an autonomous inquiry. However, if we are unable to create such a determination (as we may deem at our full discretion), we reserve the right to prevent doing so and/or suspend a User Account until the sides contesting such possession achieve a settlement without any liability to you or any other party. We may ask for documentation for identification (such as government-issued ID, a company license, etc) that can help us determine the real owner. We may conclude, among other things, based on the following.

1. We shall consider the owner of the User Account, User Platform and/or User Content created and/or uploaded as the person or entity having access to the e-mail address linked to the Booksitio account, or Booksitio records for such User Account or the email under which such User Platform or User Content was created.

2. In the situation of existing any Paid Services (as defined in the Terms of Use) being purchased via a User Account, Booksitio will declare as the owner of such User Account and/or the User Platform and/or User Content created there under to be the person or entity having its details (Billing Information) given for the Paid Services purchase procedure. Where applicable, if a User Platform has been connected to an external domain name (imported or purchased in connection with a certain Paid Services as defined below) and such domain registration information can be publically verified via the WHOIS database provided on the www.whois.net website or is in the Booksitio database, we will consider the proprietor of such User Platform as the individual or entity being the registrant of such property. Imagining that there might occur a situation where both an individual and an organization are registered as the owner or the registrant, Booksitio shall give credit to the organization, and will grant priority as the actual owner of the domain and, therefore, the owner of the User Platform in connection to the domain. But in case the Billing Information shows one individual as the user platform proprietor and the domain registration suggests another individual, Booksitio will claim as the proprietor of the User Platform, the individual recorded as the owner of the domain linked to the Booksitio account.

3. Despite the above mentioned and at its sole discretion, Booksitio is entitled and has the authority to determine the ownership of the User Content and/or User Website as it chooses, even by not taking into consideration the points 1 and 2 from this chapter, or if the context justifies a different decision, based on facts established by Booksitio.

Both username and password must be kept safe, recommending you not to disclose this access information to untrusted sources. You are solely responsible for all actions performed under your user account or website. This is fine

2. User`s obligations

2.1. You confirm and guarantee the following:

1. You have reached the legal age of at least thirteen (13) years old or sixteen (16) years old, if you are applying as an individual from European Union (EU) or your legal age of majority based on your local law, and you are fully entitled and have the freedom to be part of an agreement under the Terms of Booksitio, and to join a binding contract on your own request, for you or by a person who you mandated;

2. You are not a citizen of a nation that has been prohibited by the Indian government, (or under any embargo or economic, social or political interdictions, in any way), for the use of Booksitio Services or any other IT services.

3. The country from which you are registered as a resident and/or the place of registration of your company shall be the same as the one mentioned in contact and/or billing information;

4. You acknowledge and accept that Booksitio does not provide legal support or any type of guidance about legislation or legal conditions relevant to your use or to any of your End Users, or any conformity with them;

And most important concerning any content, created, posted, shared or used on your user:

5. You acknowledge and state that you own all the privileges to any material created or supplied by you or produced, reproduced, copied, uploaded or downloaded throw the Booksitio Services for you, to your User Platform, (User Content), including, but not limited to any models, pictures, logos, animations, videos, audio records, fonts, software, codes, drawings, compositions, artworks, interfaces, usernames, data, that you provide for the intent of creating a sub domain name, message, literature writings and any other material referred to herein as (Content) or otherwise have (and will proceed to have) the complete entitlement, right, license, consents and authority, in and to the User Content as needed for you and us or any of our Subsidiaries to legally use, import, print, copy, publish, transfer of license such User Content ;

6. You will be and remain the person who has the entire authority, licenses, right, consents in order to permit any of the Booksitio Services to access any websites, internet pages and/or other services from the web in order to be able to perform the following action: import, copy, display, upload, transmit and/or otherwise use, your User Content.

7. It is your responsibility and you agree to assure that The User Content is (and will proceed to be) valid, up-to-date, fair and true, non-infringing any rights of a third party, and in no manner illegitimate for you to upload, import, copy, maintain, publish, communicate, show or otherwise use, on the territory where you or any of your customers (End Users) or guests or your User Platform's live, or for Booksitio and/or your End Users to proceed the above-mentioned actions, towards with Booksitio Services.

8. If necessary, you acknowledge and admit that you have received all the licenses and permissions, needed under all relevant legislation concerning the posting, transfer and publishing of any private data and/or picture or image of any individual, entity or good that is composed of the User Content, and you shall comply with all relevant legislation applicable.

In the simple language, you must have reached the legal age of majority, live in a permitted country and use the services from a permitted area, among other conditions in order to use Booksitio Services. You must also, be the owner of all privileges of any material that you upload, post or that we download, import and/or upload via our facilities to you, and guarantee that any material, as mentioned above is legal and safe, and that anything that you do with it (or allow Booksitio or your end consumers to do with it) is legal.

2.2. You acknowledge and undoubtedly accept to :

1. comply completely with all relevant legislations and any other statutory conditions governing your use of the Bookistio Services (and any associated contacts or transactions), including those particular legal rules relevant to you or to your End Users determined by your geographical position ;

2. be exclusively responsible and liable for any use of the Bookisitio Services, that will take place under your User Account and/or User Platform(s) and any of your User Content(s) (including any legal implications determined by the access, import, upload, print, use or post of such User Content on or concerning, or regarding Bookistio Services);

3. assure by your own, frequent procedures of save and back up, for any of your User Content and data that you are processing on your User Platform, in relation to your End Users, User Products and any apps and/or third-party services that you use;

4. to be part of Booksitio advertising campaign and be the recipient of promos and info from Bookisito or its affiliates from moment to moment, via post, e-mail or any other contact type that you may provide to us (including your call or sms messages, in case you give us additional information). If intend to unsubscribe from such advertising information or notifications, kindly notify us at any moment at info@booksitio.com

5. permit Booksitio to use any variant of your User Platform (or any portion thereof) forever and for good, globally and free of costs, for any of Booksitio advertising and advertising operations, online and/or offline, and to alter it as fairly needed for such reasons, giving up any demands against Bookisitio or anyone representing Booksitio concerning any previous, current or future ethical individual rights, artist's rights, or any other globally comparable privileges that you may have with regard to such restricted allowed uses in or to your User Platform ;

6. Booksitio`s individually power and to its own decision, way and method for performing the Bookisitio Services, including those relating to hosting, transmission, publication and/or presenting of any User Platforms and/or Content (including the insertion and showing of any promotional or other commercial material with respect thereto).

7. that Bookistio shall be entitled to promote Booksitio Services in differential price plans and shall impose various limitation regarding upload, storage, download and use of Booksitio Services for every price plan, including, but not limited to: restrictions on network usage, band speed, content volume, content quality and/or format, content sources, download time volume, number of subscribers applied to Content, and many more.

Law shall be respected by all means.

You will be responsible for your activity and for anybody who accesses the settings of your user account or user platform.

You will save your information through backups, frequently.

You agree that you may receive promotional messages and content from both us and our partners.

By contacting us, you can establish to unsubscribe from getting advertising emails.

You enable us the use of your website for our promotional activities and we will determine how the services will be delivered.

You agree that Booksitio is entitled to create and alter its Services plans cost. In addition, depending on your particular use of the Services, Booksitio may apply restrictions.

2.3. You acknowledge and undoubtedly accept not to :

1. copy, edit, generate imitations of, download, modify, recreate, emulate, move to another service, translate, recode, decode or disassemble the Booksitio Website, the Booksitio Services (or any portion of), any Content provided by Booksitio or Third Party Services for the use and the display on User Platforms (Licensed Content) and/or any portion of it, in any manner, or present openly to the public, execute, send, or share such Content, without the previous written authorization of Booksitio and / or as specifically authorized by the Booksitio Terms.

2. Submit, broadcast or show any User Content or use of Licensed Content in a manner or perspective that may be considered to be, in any way slanderous, deliberately false, pornographic, taunting, taunting, incendiary, abusive, discriminatory, insulting, deceitful or illegal, promoting criminal or dangerous behaviour or otherwise infringing the rights of Booksitio or any third party (including, but not limited to: any intellectual property rights, privacy, statutory or fiduciary rights) or otherwise displays any individual, company or mark in a harmful or negative light, without their previous specific consent.

5. submit, attach, gather or otherwise publish any corrupt, illegal, slanderous, or pornographic content on the Booksitio Website or Booksitio Services (or any part of it);

6. Upload and/or make use of the Booksitio Services or any Licensed Content on any site, media, channel or framework other than those supplied by Booksitio, and/or apply, "deep link" "screen scrape," imitate and/or build a browser or boundary area around any Booksitio Services, Licensed Content and/or User Platform (or any section of it), except as expressly allowed by Booksitio, allowance being sent in advance and in writing;

7. use any bot", "crawler" or other automatization, software, set of codes, algorithm or technique, or any similar or alike manual process, to access, obtain, duplicate or overview any part of the BookSitio Services (or its data and/or content), or in any manner to imitate or bypass the navigational structure or presentation of any of the Booksitio Services for the purpose of acquiring or trying to acquire any products, records, facilities or data not specifically rendered accessible through the Booksitio Services ;

8. have a behaviour that may be viewed as harmful to the reputation and goodwill of Booksitio, or that may dishonour or affect Booksitio image of credibility;

9. Buy a searching tool or other keywords used for services of pay per click such as Google AdWords, or others similar, or any domain names that may include the use of Booksitio or Booksitio owned trademarks and/or their variations and typos;

10. to determine through persuasion a person or entity or to provide fake data on the Booksitio Services and/or User Platform, in a formal or informal manner, or otherwise manipulate it to mask your identity or the origin of any message or transmission you provide to Booksitio or any End User;

11. to declare against the truth or otherwise mislead your association with any individual or entity, or misrepresent or insinuate that Booksitio or any third party supports you, your User Platform, your company, your User Products or any declaration you present;

12. Inverse function look-up, tracking or attempting to track another User of Booksitio Services, or otherwise interfering with or violating any other User's right to privacy or other freedoms, or scraping or collecting personally identifiable information about Booksitio Services and/or User Platform, visitors or customers without their express and approved authorization;

13. deactivate, override, overlook or otherwise bypass any steps used to avoid or limit access by hacking, password mining or other illegal or forbidden means to the Booksitio Services, User Platform, account of other Users or any other system or channel linked to the Booksitio Services;

14. Seek, monitor or detect any Booksitio Services weakness or any network linked to Booksitio Services;

15. Publish to or otherwise use the Booksitio Services and/or User Platform to draw, create, deliver and/or otherwise communicate or activate any virus, worm, Trojan horse, time bomb, internet bug, spyware, malware or any other computer code, software or program that may or is designed to harm or disrupt the functions of any hardware, software or telecommunications devices, or any other code or element that is in fact or possibly dangerous, disruptive or invasive.

16. perform any activity that might create an unfair or disproportionate pressure on the Booksitio Services or Booksitio framework, devices or networks linked to the Booksitio Services, or otherwise interfere with, or destabilize the activity of any of the Booksitio Services or the servers or networks hosting or making them accessible to public, or violate any demands, processes, practices or laws of the Booksitio Services.

17. associate any Booksitio Services and/or User Platform in relation to any type of spamming activity, unrequested mail system, fraudulent activity, scamming, phishing, chain letters, "pyramidal schemes" or comparable behaviour, or otherwise participate in unethical marketing or advertising campaigns;

18. connect to Booksitio Services, User Accounts, Licensed Content and/or User Content and decrypt by any methods or technology,(like scraping and crawling), other than our officially endorsed devices.

19. merchandise, license or monetize any use or access to Licensed Content and/or Booksitio Services for any business purpose, except as specifically authorized under the Booksitio Terms;

20. erase or modify any notices, watermarks, restrictions and signs of copyright contained in, or accompanying the Booksitio Services and/or Licensed Content, including the sign of copyrighted marks [ © ], of Creative Commons[(cc)] or the indicators or trademarks[ © or TM].

21. infringe, try to infringe or otherwise fail to respect any of the Booksitio Terms or any regulations or conditions relevant to your use of the Booksitio Services.

22. Connect and use the Services for the reasons of professional testing or comparable competitive analysis or to construct a competitive software or service.

If you fail to comply with any of these guidelines, we may have to withdraw your account and prevent offering any facilities to you.

3. Content and Property

3.1. Content and property rights. Regarding the Intellectual Property As between Booksitio and you, all intellectual property relating to your User Content and any other material produced by you, including any models, pictures, animations, videos, audio records, fonts, labels, drawings, graphics, works of art, codes, interfaces, script and works of fiction, shall be owned by You. Booksitio does not hold your content's property privileges. You understand and agree that, in order to offer you the Booksitio Services we will have to access, upload and/or copy your User Content to our system, including cloud services and CDNs, to create screen changes, duplicate for backup, and execute any other technical activities and/or features needed to conduct our facilities as we consider appropriate. Briefly, you are the owner of all property rights. We can operate your data to provide our utilities to you.

3.2. Booksitio`s Intellectual Property All privileges, name and concern in and to the Booksitio Services, including any and all copyright materials or any other material thereof held or that may be susceptible to any intellectual ownership rights under any relevant legislation (including any works of art, designs, pictures, page templates and plugins, literary material, source and object code, software data (including html), apps, audio, music, video and other materials, models, animations, versions, records, variations and their variants, the impression and feel when using Booksitio Services, techniques, goods, algorithms, data, integrated characteristics and items, marketing and purchase instruments and techniques, patents, proprietary information, logos, domains, personalized URLs, trademarks, business signs, brand names and other IP identification signs, Whether IP registered and/or able to be recorded (jointly referred to as "Intellectual Property") and any derivations of, are the sole property and/or licensed by Booksitio. By fully complying with the Booksitio Terms and by paying all applicable fees on time, Book hereby provides you, when your User Account is made and as long as Booksitio wishes you to offer the Services, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, fully revocable, limited license to use the Booksitio Services and Licensed Content for the purpose of generating and showing your User Platform to End Users and your User Products (as mentioned below) to them, only as expressly authorized according with the Booksitio Terms and only throughout the Booksitio Services. The Booksitio Terms grant no power or preference in or to the intellectual property of Booksitio (or any portion thereof), except for the restricted permit expressly given above. Nothing in the Booksitio Terms is considered to be a transfer or revocation under any regulation of Booksitio's intellectual property rights. We are entitled to all rights regarding our facilities, data, records, equipment and functions. You may be using our products and data as soon as you fully fulfil these conditions and assure that all fees are paid in a timely manner. Some fonts that you have at your disposal are permitted by a third party. Make sure you also view their conditions.

3.3. Feedback and proposals.

In case you find useful and submit to us any proposals, remarks or other feedback related to the Booksitio Services (whether current, recommended or considered) that is or may be applicable to any intellectual property privileges referred to herein as ("Feedback"), that feedback is the sole property of Booksitio. By offering such feedback to Booksitio, you recognize and approve that it may be used by Booksitio to: (i)further design, modify and enhance Booksitio Services, (ii) provide continuous support and technical help, (iii) connect you with particular or individualized Booksitio notes and/or interview demands depending on your feedback or otherwise, (iv) promote, sponsor and give certain offers and control efficiency ; (v) generate aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or deduced information that may be used by Booksitio to provide and improve its products ; (vi) improve Booksitio's data safety and theft prevention skills ; (vii) conform with any relevant legislation and regulation. Furthermore, you: (1) recognize and warrant that such feedback is precise, complete and does not violate any privileges of third parties; (2) irrevocably attribute to Booksitio any right, name and concern you may have to this feedback; (3) clearly and irrevocably withdraw any and all requests linked to previous, current or potential personal rights, the rights of artists or any other comparable privileges worldwide related in or to that feedback. All comments or recommendations are encouraged. If you give us any, kindly make sure it's precise and legitimate.

4. Privacy

Several sections of the Booksitio Services (including some third-party services, as described in Section 8 below) need or require the submission, storage and/or use of certain individually identifiable or personal data. Specifically and in order to access or use the Booksitio Services, Booksitio and such Third Party Services might well need to access and use several User and End User related data, including behaviours or navigation history performed by Users and End Users through the Booksitio Services and/or User Platform. For a summary of such information gathering and use methods, we invite you to view our Privacy Policy and the appropriate policies of each of these third party services regularly. We're concerned with your privacy, and you should also. Please visit our privacy policy to know more about our private information procedures. 5. Operating fees.

5.1 Paid Services Not all the Booksitio Services will be free, some will be susceptible to billing of specific fees as established by Booksitio at its full decision referred to herein as (Paid Services and Fee(s)). In regards to such Paid Services, Booksitio will then provide notification of such fees when applicable. You are needed to deposit all relevant fees in advance, if you desire to purchase or use such Paid Services. Booksitio is entitled and has the power to alter its fees, at any moment, upon notification to you in case it can influence your current subscriptions. If you are the recipient of a bonus or other marketing offer, Booksitio is entitled to renew your subscription to the Booksitio Service(s), automatically and without notification at the complete fee applied. All fees are considered in the Indian Rupees (INR), except as otherwise indicated in Booksitio's written form. If not prohibited by law (and unless otherwise stated in writing by Booksitio), all fees are excluded from all taxes (meaning VAT, sales tax, goods and services tax, etc.), property taxes or obligations inflicted by taxing officials (' Taxes '), and you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your use of the Booksitio Services or any transactions or payments made by you. In case Booksitio is required, for prior operations, to obtain or charge the fee for taxes paid by it and whether or not these taxes have been applied and gathered from you, these taxes can be implemented to your deposit and expressed in your Invoice as special fees. We suggest that you check the existence of any extra charges that third parties may charge in association with the acquisition of Paid Services or related to:(such as global transaction fees, monetary exchange fees, bank or cards charges).Booksitio is not liable for any such extra charges or expenses. You also authorize Booksitio (either straight or through its affiliates, subsidiaries or other third parties) to demand and collect payments (or otherwise invoice, reimburse or carry any other transactions) from our service supplier or your assigned banking account as part of the registration or submission of data needed to obtain a Paid Services, and in order to make any inquiries , Booksitio or its subsidiaries may find it essential to confirm your assigned billing account or economic data to guarantee timely delivery, including for the intent of obtaining newer transaction details from your payment, card or bank account supplier (e.g. revised expiry date or card number as your credit card company may provide us with). To qualify for your payment services , you must hold a credit card saved with Booksitio ("Stored Card") or PayPal .With its last four digits, you can recognize your Stored Card in the Account Settings page. Some of our services require being paid. We will indicate you, how much our rates are in various currencies, and before applying taxes, unless stated differently. If necessary, deposits and associated data can be requested and collected from transaction suppliers and institutions concerned.

5.2. Invoices For any fees paid or refunds received to or by Booksitio, Booksitio and/or its affiliated entities will release a credit memo or invoice referred to herein as (Invoice).Each invoice is sent in digital manner and will be provided accessible to you, via your user account and / or via telephone and / or email on the basis of the state recognized in your accounting address. In order to issue the Invoice you may be asked to provide certain personal information in an attempt to conform with national legislation (as described in the Privacy Policy). Please notice that your User Account invoice may not comply with your demands of local law, and can only be used for pro forma reasons.

5.3. Subscription Auto-Renewals
Some Paid Services include an instant renewal feature by default, so as not to interrupt or lose any service, unless you disable the automatic renewal feature. These Paid Services will auto-renew at the end of the relevant subscription period, on the same cost (subject to changes in the Taxation and excluding any offers or other promotional benefits provided for the first period), for the same period as that for the original subscription period (except for extended periods) and unless otherwise notified to you referred to herein as (Renewed Paid Service). When, for example, the Service originally subscribes for 1 month, its renewal period will be for one month each (where applicable).Therefore, where appropriate, within two (2) weeks before such renewal periods begin, Booksitio attempts to automatically charge you the relevant fees using a registered card in PayPal. In the case that fees incurred by you are not collected, we can try (but are not obligated to) recollection from your account at a subsequent moment without further notification, and/or suspend or delete your account. Booksitio will attempt to notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance of your submission deadline when your Paid Service is subject to a length of annual or multiple years, before such service renews. You recognize and consent that the Renewing Paid Service is to be renewed in compliance with the above terms and conditions by joining into this Agreement and buying a Renewing Paid Service. With your user account or via Booksitio`s Help Center, you may turn off auto-renewal choice for Renewing Paid Services at any moment. Some applications are susceptible to a separate system of renewal as specified in the Domains Registration Agreement. However, you are exclusively liable for validating and checking that the Booksitio Services you use, are and can be successfully renewed (if these services are susceptible to instant subscription renewals or not).Therefore you shall exclusively be liable for the termination of any earlier acquired Booksitio Services, by you, whether due to rejection, inability to pay the relevant ongoing fees, or because of no automatic payment renewal of any Booksitio Services. You recognize and accept that for no purpose whatsoever you are claiming no complaint against Booksitio in respect of the termination of any Booksitio`s or Third Party Services. We will automatically renew your Service and charge your business appropriately, at periodic times, as your initial subscription, unless you cancel auto-renewal, to ensure you do not lose your service or experience interruptions to your portal at the end of your membership period. Certain services may not renew automatically, whether intentional or mistaken. Make sure you are renewing your subscriptions on schedule.

5.4. Money Back policy - Refund due to lack of satisfaction You may, in the event of your first acquisition of the product, give us a notification of withdrawal within 14 (14), days of your original ordering and activation (the Refund or Refund period). 5.5 Chargebacks When we register, at any time, a refusal, chargeback or other rejections of any charge on your Booksitio Account referred to herein as ("Chargeback"), your use of the Booksitio Services may be instantly ended or revoked. This is a violation of your obligations under this paragraph. If a Chargeback is carried out, your User Account may be closed without the choice of re-buying or re-using it and all information stored in such User Accounts may be susceptible to cancelation, capacity loss (as specified in Section 6.3 below), including any domain, apps and Third Party Services. The use of Booksitio Services shall not be resumed until you re-subscribe for any Booksitio Services and pay all appropriate payments, including all fees and charges arising for each charge and paid by Booksitio and/or Third Party Services (such as fees for Booksitio Services offered prior to the charge-back, handling and processing charges and charges caused by payment processors). 6. Cancellations.

The precise moment and period for this termination shall be the time and date of the end of the cancellation procedure of the Booksitio Services, and at the end of the subscription period of such Paid Services. Under all conditions other than the foregoing, such membership shall be stopped only after the expiry of the corresponding period for which you have already paid with regard to subscriptions to Renewing Paid Services. Data, Content and Capacity removal/loss When your account is cancelled (whether you request it or Booksitio so decides) it can lead to the loss of some content, functionalities or the capacity of your user account, and that includes any User content, End User data or any other user data retained, and includes any reservation for domain names or registration name, that are cancelled by you and/or Booksitio or Third-Party Service that is connected with your User Account referred to herein as (Loss of Capacity). Booksitio shall not in any manner be held responsible for such loss of capacity or for storing your user accounts, user content or end user information.
